**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers through various online channels (email, chat, social media) to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues related to our products and services promptly and professionally.

- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize effective problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and identify solutions. Address complaints and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Perodua's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

- **Data Management:** Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in our customer relationship management system. Ensure data is consistently updated for tracking and reporting purposes.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Provide suggestions for service improvement to management based on customer feedback and your observations. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- **Maintain a Positive Environment:** Contribute to the team dynamics by being a reliable and supportive colleague, embracing the company culture that treats everyone like extended family.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in any field is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Personality Traits:** Must exhibit a passionate and energetic attitude to engage with customers and colleagues alike.

- **Soft Skills:** Excellent problem-solving abilities and a cooperative spirit. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and interact positively with customers.

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Fluency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.

- **Technical Skills:** Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with online communication tools and customer relationship management systems.

- **Availability:** Flexibility in working hours to accommodate various customer needs, including weekends and holidays if required.
