### Responsibilities
- **Content Creation:** Produce well-researched, original articles, blog posts, and web copy that align with Hartalega's brand guidelines and engage our target audience.
- **SEO Optimization:** Implement SEO best practices in all content creation to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
- **Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, news, and competitor activities. Conduct in-depth research to provide valuable insights in your writing.
- **Content Strategy:** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with Hartalega's goals, including brainstorming sessions for new ideas and themes.
- **Editing & Proofreading:** Review and edit content for clarity, coherence, grammar, and adherence to Hartalega's style and tone before publication.
- **Content Management:** Regularly update and maintain content on the company's website and social media channels to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and reach.
- **Collaboration:** Work in cooperation with other team members, including designers, social media managers, and marketing strategists to ensure cohesive messaging.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Actively seek and integrate feedback from peers and supervisors to enhance writing quality and reader engagement.
### Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience:** Minimum of one year professional writing experience, preferably in an online content environment.
- **Skill Set:**
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
