Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service through various online platforms including email, chat, and social media.2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their queries and concerns.4. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.5. Monitor customer feedback and engage in social listening to identify areas for improvement.6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Generate reports on customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regularly attend training sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.6. Presentation and leadership skills are essential for this role.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Must be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
