Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via online platforms.- Assist customers with their orders, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.- Develop innovative ways to enhance online customer care services and processes.- Maintain a positive and adaptive attitude in a fast-paced online environment.- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
