Online Customer Care Manager

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses excellent time management and project management skills.

As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all online customer care operations, including managing a team of customer care representatives, developing and implementing customer service policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be in charge of handling escalated customer complaints and providing solutions in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a focus on online customer care. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
