Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online customers in George Town, Penang, MY.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve processes.7. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to enhance the customer experience.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.5. Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools.6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.7. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
