Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.- Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.- Assist in updating product information, pricing, and promotions on the company's website.- Monitor online reviews and feedback, and take necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:- Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers.- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and data entry.- Previous experience in online customer service or e-commerce is preferred.- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (both written and verbal).- Proficiency in using online customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
