Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Online Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and returns.3. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies.8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.6. Demonstrated experience in online customer service.7. Fluent in English and Malay.8. Strong problem-solving skills.
