UMW Holdings Berhad is searching for a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. Ensure timely follow-up to any arising issues.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer problems and work toward resolving them efficiently. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complaints and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- **Information Management:** Update customer records and manage account information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure all customer interactions and resolutions are documented accurately.
- **Product Knowledge:** Gain a strong understanding of UMW Holdings' products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Customer Feedback:** Encourage and collect constructive feedback from customers to improve services and the overall customer experience.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to share insights and develop solutions for recurring customer issues.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Collaborate with supervisory staff to track and maintain performance metrics, ensuring you meet or exceed service goals.
- **Creative Problem Solving:** Employ creative thinking to develop innovative solutions for customer satisfaction challenges and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- **Continuous Development:** Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge of the customer service field.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); willingness to learn and adapt in a customer-focused environment.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be independent and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong cooperation skills to work effectively within a team, and creativity to find unique solutions to customer inquiries and problems.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online communication platforms. Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage but not required.
- **Availability:** Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
