Job Description:
Sunway Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online customer support operations.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement online customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.2. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing training and guidance as needed.3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.5.
