Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience.
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
5. Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to problems.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer interactions.
4. Ability to negotiate effectively and find creative solutions to customer problems.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment.
6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
