Job Description:MYEG Services Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Representative in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to online customers via various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Address customer inquiries, resolve problems, and escalate issues as needed.3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and product information.4. Use analytical skills to identify trends and provide feedback to improve online customer support processes.5. Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Demonstrate creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer problems.8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
