Job Description:
Perodua is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all online channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Support the Online Marketing Manager in various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
- Driven and passionate about digital marketing
- Strong planning and negotiation skills
