Job Description:
Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resilient Social Media Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Manage social media campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
- Strong communication and writing skills
