Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a full-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues.2. Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with grace and professionalism.2. Driven to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.4. Experience using online chat platforms or customer service software is preferred.5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
