Online Marketing Associate

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Online Marketing Associate to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience in online marketing, you will be responsible for implementing and managing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote our products and services- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns- Analyze data and insights to optimize campaigns and measure effectiveness- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all online channels- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement- Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- 2+ years of experience in online marketing- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data- Emotional intelligence and ability to understand consumer behavior- Independent and motivated self-starter- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
