Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team in George Town, Penang. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creation and Management:**
- Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various online platforms, including social media, blogs, and the company website.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
2. **Social Media Management:**
- Assist in managing and optimizing social media accounts, including creating posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
3. **Email Marketing:**
- Support the design and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.
4. **Research and Analytics:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
- Assist in analyzing website traffic and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics to improve conversion rates and overall online presence.
5. **SEO and SEM Activities:**
- Help implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking.
- Participate in managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, monitoring performance and budgets.
6. **Collaboration and Support:**
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute online promotional activities.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving marketing efforts and strategies.
7. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Assist in organizing marketing events or webinars and help with promotion and logistics.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the marketing department.
**Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in online marketing, digital content creation, or social media management.
- **Skills:**
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly reliable with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines and goals.
