Primary responsible to meet sales objective of converting leads & prospects to active customers that make purchase through Online Shop platform with the aim of growing Online Sales Channel.
Operationally focused, primary responsible to meet sales objective of converting leads / prospects to online customers through direct selling. This personnel will be implementing direct sales tactics to manage customer relationship and needs, at the aim of achieving revenue target.
Key Accountabilities Impact on Business Successful conversion of quotations to orders via Online Shop from leads, prospects & customers in Online Sales Channel Plan & organize outbound calls as part of daily sales routine to promote Online Shop for Online Sales Channel customers. Implement direct sales selling skills to manage customer relationship & needs. Handles situation which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Follow through lead nurturing process to assist customers onboarding to Online Shop platform. Attend to inquiries and assist the customers in resolving problems with the goal of onboarding customers to make purchase via Online Shop which requires extensive knowledge of products & knowledge of the company with problem solving skills. Plan daily sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & other relevant applications as sales support tools. Innovation and Change Support market development through effectively guiding customers to desired channel. Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties Actively promote Online Shop platform to the customers in his/her area of responsible Represent the brand at the point of customer contact Excellence tele-communication, email communication & virtual selling skills in daily sales routine using digital media. Able to liaise with interdepartments on customer matters.
