**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and independent Online Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at S P Setia Berhad. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, a creative mindset, and excellent leadership skills to drive impactful digital campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Social Media Strategy Development:**
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify current social media trends, insights, and best practices.
2. **Content Creation and Management:**
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to produce multimedia content.
3. **Community Engagement:**
- Foster a vibrant online community through audience interaction, timely responses, and relationship building.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to user-generated content and inquiries across social media platforms.
4. **Performance Analysis:**
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Use insights to continuously improve strategies and content.
5. **Leadership and Collaboration:**
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive social media approach.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members or interns as needed.
6. **Trend Monitoring:**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to innovate and enhance our social media strategy.
- Identify new opportunities for social media engagement and brand awareness.
7. **Crisis Management:**
- Proactively identify potential social media crises and develop strategies for effective communication and resolution.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in social media platforms, analytical tools, and content management systems (CMS). Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** Independent, proactive, and passionate about social media and digital communications.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and respond appropriately to the needs and emotions of others.
