**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various online platforms including chat, email, and social media.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries clearly, ensuring a thorough understanding of their issues and providing effective solutions.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems related to products and services, seeking to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments as necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer's experience.

3. **Research and Documentation:**
- Conduct relevant research to provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in the database, ensuring all notes are clear and informative for future reference.

4. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Actively collect customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service quality and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and suggestions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

5. **Product Knowledge:**
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Digi.Com's products, services, and promotions to effectively respond to inquiries and inform customers.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and various departments to develop effective communication channels and support initiatives.
- Connect with other support officers to share best practices and strategies for improved customer engagement.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas that enhance customer service processes and tools.

**Job Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent. Further education in customer service, communications, or related fields is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer-facing roles will be advantageous.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven and energetic with a passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service.
