#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms, ensuring a timely resolution of issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently. Provide clear and accurate information regarding product usage, features, and troubleshooting steps.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of proton's products and services to better assist customers.
- **Documentation:** Record customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system. Ensure accurate and comprehensive notes are logged for future reference.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect customer feedback and insights to report to management, helping to refine processes and improve product offerings.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including sales, technical support, and product development, to escalate complex issues and provide streamlined solutions.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Share insights and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed performance targets related to response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates.

#### **Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or online support role, preferably in a technology or software service environment.
- **Education:** A degree or diploma in a relevant field is an advantage.
- **Skills:**
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively to customers and team members.
- **Leadership:** Ability to take initiative, guide customers towards solutions, and collaborate within a team.
