**Position Overview:**
As an Online Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This entry-level position requires a proactive and hardworking individual who is eager to learn and deepen their understanding of financial services. You will provide online support to our clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams. This part-time role offers flexibility in remote work while allowing you to build strong professional relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Support:**
- Provide timely and effective online support to clients via email, chat, and other digital communication platforms.
- Address client inquiries related to investment products, account management, and transaction processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction.

- **Communication:**
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate issues that require immediate attention and ensure timely resolutions.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Analyze client problems and provide viable solutions or recommendations.
- Document recurring issues and suggest improvements to streamline support processes.

- **Knowledge Management:**
- Stay updated on our financial products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

- **Reporting:**
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client feedback and support interactions to help improve services.

**Key Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the financial or investment sector.

- **Education:**
- A diploma or degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking: A dedicated individual who puts forth effort in their tasks to achieve excellent results.
- Motivated: A self-starter who demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to achieving team and company goals.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Problem-Solving: Ability to approach challenges creatively and constructively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze situations, recognize patterns, and implement effective solutions.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- **Communication:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Malay or other languages is an additional advantage.
