- **Information Gathering**: Collect and analyze information from customer interactions to identify trends and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using our internal systems.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure seamless communication.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices to provide informed guidance to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**: Solicit and document customer feedback to contribute to the development of better service solutions and improvements.

### Requirements
#### Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
#### Experience:
- No prior experience necessary; however, any customer service experience will be an advantage.
