Job Description:
Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Online Web Chat Officer will be responsible for managing online web chat interactions with customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through web chat channels.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide information, support, and assistance.2. Effectively communicate product information, promotions, and company policies to customers.3. Actively promote products and services to customers through web chat to drive sales.4. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.5. Proactively reach out to customers via web chat to offer assistance or support.6. Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service.8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.3. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.4. Driven and confident personality traits.5. Strong leadership and persuasion skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and tools.8. Must be willing to work part-time hours.
