Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Web Chat Officer to join our team at Berjaya Corporation Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Online Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.2. Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience.3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide consistent messaging and support to customers.5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update customer profiles as needed.6. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.8. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the online chat experience for customers.9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.4. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
