Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are independent, passionate, and possess strong problem-solving and creativity skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance and support.
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.

Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Passion for providing excellent customer service.
5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
