Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and driven Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of online chat strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online chat experience

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in online customer service or web chat support
- Strong planning and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
