To be able to plan, organize and supervise the operations of warehouse facility on a daily basis by receiving documentation from different suppliers.
Check material quality received in the warehouse and monitor the warehouse's inventory management system.
Manage warehouse inventory and oversee all items to ensure an organized warehouse that facilitates easy access and retrieval of items.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to meet requirements.
Manage all logistics and materials coordination in support of operations onshore.
Ensure fully auditable materials control records are maintained.
Prepare all inward manifests for equipment from the rig either via vessel or helicopter.
Ensure Drilling logistics is notified of planned inbound passengers for any scheduled flights the day before the planned flight and, wherever possible, for ad hoc requirements.
Prepare hazardous goods declarations/paperwork as necessary.
Liaise with rig contractor to have all cargo packaged suitably for the relevant mode of transport with correct paperwork.
Requirement
Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics coordination for onshore operations.
Experience must include work as an onshore Materials Coordinator.
Able to prepare, plan, organize, and supervise the operations of the warehouse facility on a daily basis.
Experience managing documentation from different suppliers and checking material quality received in the warehouse.
Experience monitoring inventory systems.
Full and detailed knowledge of logistics techniques, with experience in planning and scheduling required materials by managing logistics (i.e., loading and manifesting supply vessels) and materials coordination.#J-18808-Ljbffr
