Other (Information & Communication Technology)An on-site personnel in Managed Services environment that is responsible for providing many of the services typically performed by a service technician which immediately improve productivity and efficiency by maximizing the performance levels of the output devices our customer counts on everyday.This on-site personnel will provide support to reduce the need for equipment service and maximize equipment uptime through regular preventive maintenance. Provide primary customer contact for equipment service and repair, office supplies and consumables.Job ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of and Support of Fujifilm and 3rd Party print devices, service offerings and processesRequires good understanding of machine operation, Key operator knowledge, default settings, and host interface set-upAssist customers to use equipment so that they can maximise utilisation of the office devicesPerform maintenance and repair of high-frequency service call areas on specified equipment to maximize customer uptimeLog all activity for each machine – response time, resolution time, downtime etc related infoEscalate service requirements to analyst or tech support as neededEnsure a reliable supply of parts and consumable items are on siteInspect regularly supply levels and maintain effective On Site parts and consumables inventory order via Fujifilm or third party as requiredEnsure customer and Customer Liaison/Operation Executive are aware of any deficienciesProvide daily service to replenish paper, toner, fuser, etc to assigned devices (as may be contracted)Maintain effective On Site Parts inventory appropriate to client equipment populationRecord keeping and billing supportProvide meter readings for billing purposes, or audit for reporting.Provide Customer Liaison/Operations/Facility Management Executive and customer with machine statistics, service history, etcLog all activity for each machineResponsible for customer satisfaction with all Fujifilm, 3rd party equipment and services providedRespond to customer care callsDedicated DocuCare support of copiers/duplicators/printers.Providing Desk Side and Help Desk SupportMaintain positive relationships with CSD, 3rd party service providers, customers, and peers to ensure smooth implementation/ installation and operation.Any other Ad-Hoc task requested by Service Delivery ManagerYour application will include the following questions:What's your expected monthly basic salary?Do you possess or have access to your own transportation?Computer Software & Networking 101-1,000 employeesWant to join a market leader in Business Equipment and Document Management Systems?FUJIFILM Business Innovation is a leading company in the Document Services & Communications field, offering solutions and services to help customers resolve their business challenges.#J-18808-Ljbffr
