Responsibilities:
Perform store operation audit by visiting showrooms and logistics on a cycle basis to assess controls, operational efficiencies, and compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Process CN PV requests submitted by showroom, checking, verifying, and issuing CN / PV numbers to ensure the request is genuine and to safeguard the company's inventory.
Prepare audit reports for visited showrooms and logistics by highlighting significant control weaknesses in the area in charge resulting from showroom/logistic audits, in order to evaluate and improve the operation of the cost center.
Assist HOD in preparing various weekly and monthly reports by compiling audit data to ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to the Division Head.
Perform ad hoc stock adjustments submitted by showroom, LO, and HQ by checking, verifying, and making necessary adjustments in ERP to safeguard the company's inventory.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good analytic skills.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders of the company.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Conversant in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel throughout Malaysia with team members.
