Plan and schedule movements of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Communicate with carriers, forwarders, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Ensure trucks and trailers are well maintained.
Handle port matters.
Manage and supervise drivers' delivery performances.
