Operation Assistant

Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the day to day operational requirement of the warehouse and HQ inventory.
Monitor and support daily incoming shipment & delivery of the warehouse and HQ inventory.
Ensure stock accuracy and keep stock control system up to date.
Manage the inventory management, perform physical stock take and physical disposal of damaged items and other warehouse processes.
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Support administrative tasks related to warehouse and inventory, such as documentation and data entry.
Assist in managing stock movements between branches, warehouses, or vendors.
Allocate and manage resources, storage and distribution of goods according to changing needs.
Propose and recommend improvements in logistical or warehouse issues to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures during daily operations.
Perform Ad Hoc tasks as assigned to support team and company's objectives.
