Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries regarding car rentals, tours, and travel packages.Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.Tour Coordination: Organize and schedule tours, ensuring all logistics are in place (transportation, guides, itineraries).Communicate with local tour operators and service providers to ensure quality experiences.Vehicle Management: Monitor fleet availability and ensure that vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for rental.Conduct inspections of vehicles before and after rentals to ensure safety and compliance.Administrative Support: Process rental agreements and maintain accurate records for both car rentals and tourism services.Manage documentation related to bookings, customer feedback, and operational reports.Inventory Control: Track vehicle mileage, fuel levels, and maintenance schedules.Assist in managing supplies related to tours (e.g., brochures, tickets).Coordination: Work with different departments (marketing, finance, maintenance) to enhance service delivery.Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.Reporting and Analysis: Compile data on rental and tour activities, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and local laws regarding vehicle rentals and tourism.Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation, with experience in tourism or hospitality preferred.Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Basic knowledge of vehicles and travel logistics.Proficient in computer applications and rental/tour management software.
