Details of the offer

**Responsibility**:- Identify and select vendors to procure products meeting criteria of price, quality, availability and delivery dates.- Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification and compliance. Follow up with market trend in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.- Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing and inventory planning activities.with focus on reducing cost or minimize price increase without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines.- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.- Co-ordinate with Finance department with regards to suppliers invoice and payment issues.- Review, monitor, prepare and perform-database maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis.- Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.**Requirement**:- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.- Self-motivated, multi tasks, and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.- Strong commercial and analytical skills.- Required languages (s); English (basis), Mandarin (compulsory) will be benefit.**Other Information**:- Career growth & development opportunities- EPF/SOCSO/EIS, Allowance, Performance Bonus.- Attractive salary package- Work in Puchong**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What's your expected salary?- How long notice time in your current job?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Purchasing related: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin/Chinese (required)
