As an Operation Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the General Pest Control Operation Department.
Your key responsibilities include:
Assisting in scheduling and coordinating pest control service appointments.
Preparing and maintaining records of pest control activities, including reports and inventory.
Supporting the team in preparing materials, equipment, and documentation for service delivery.
Communicating with clients to confirm appointments and address basic inquiries.
Assisting in ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards during service execution.
Assisting in monitoring and maintaining pest control equipment.
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in (list languages if necessary).
Previous experience in operations or pest control is an added advantage.
Physically fit and willing to handle operational tasks as needed.
