Responsibilities: Perform Administrator -related tasks.Perform billing and clerical functions to support Operation TeamInput data into accounting system.Prepare invoice, debit notes, and credit notes.Follow up POD with vendor.Maintain proper billing system, ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval purpose.To assist Operation Team in monthly job closing. Requirements: Candidate should posses at least an SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accounting / Administration / Business Management in any related field.At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field.Have knowledge of or able to use accounting software.Knowledge and skills in MS Office and Excel is preferredResponsible, committed, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.SPM/STPM fresh school leavers / graduates are encouraged to apply.Live nearby Nusa Sentral or Gelang Patah are preferable
