Operation & Business Support (Parcel Collection Station)We are seeking an Operation & Business Support (Parcel Collection Station) candidate to join our team atJ&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN.
BHD.in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur.
This full-time role will play a crucial part in supporting the efficient operation of our parcel collection station and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Monitoring and Managing Operations : Oversee the daily operations and performance data of parcel collection stations to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
Process Optimization : Streamline operational processes, including parcel delivery, collection, and customer service, to enhance user satisfaction.
Data Collection and Analysis : Gather business data from collection stations, analyze operational performance, identify issues, and recommend improvement strategies.
Reporting : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the data.
Trend and Anomaly Monitoring : Track parcel volume trends and identify any abnormalities, creating actionable reports to support decision-making.
Marketing Support : Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to increase station visibility and customer satisfaction.
Customer Insight Research : Collaborate with the team to conduct customer demand research, improving service processes and station management.
Market Analysis : Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging data insights to support market strategy development.
What we're looking for
Degree in Logistics Management, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in market management, data analysis, or the express delivery/logistics industry.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data trends and operational insights.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel , including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and macros.
Familiarity with logistics and parcel collection station operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills with a high sense of responsibility and resilience.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using various software and systems.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
