Staff Management Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Manage the team in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, ensuring continuity of operations. Customer Engagement Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers, as well as others who can provide insights into service expectations. Sales Strategy and Performance Manages sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categoriesFlex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results. Set and communicate sales/productivity goals for the team, track store performance, and achieve sales through effective teamwork. Merchandise Management Ensure the availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts, maintaining inventories, and managing stock levels. Implement purchasing plans and maintain communication together with Store Manager and the Area Manager to uphold standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety. Security and Safety Secure merchandise by implementing effective security systems and measures. Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements and regulations. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and staying updated on industry trends. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and fostering a collaborative team environment
Who?are?they?looking?for? Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.Working Experience: 5 years and above in sales or retail.Language skills: Good spoken English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about sales and customer interaction.
