Mainly handle incoming/outgoing tanker/container weighing.
Coordinate with internal Shipping and Operation team on daily logistics movement.
Keep proper and accurate stock movement records.
Handle certain Government Authority applications or renewals.
Follow up on machinery services quarterly/yearly.
Ensure documentation, records, and filing are recorded properly.
Prepare reports as instructed by superior.
Handle any ad-hoc matters assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate will be based in office atTelok Panglima Garang, Selangor .
Candidate must possess Min SPM or its equivalent.
With or without experience is welcome to apply.
Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Possess good communication and pleasant interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Able to prioritize, multitask, and is customer-oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
