Responsibilities:Receiving and following up customer's orders via telephone, Wechat, Whatsapp, and assisting the Sales Team's orders via group chat, keying in orders into the system.
Organizing and checking customer's orders for correctness, including product code, price, quantity, and delivery date before passing documents to the production department.
Liaising with production and warehouse departments to coordinate packing requirements for same-day and next-day deliveries, including export.
Liaising with the production manager regarding production lead time for preorders to ensure smooth order fulfillment for the requested delivery date.
Coordinating with logistics for all deliveries.
Preparing call card customer lists and invoices (and any other necessary documentation) for each driver file for next-day deliveries.
Receiving stock cards via the production group chat to inform customers and sales teams of any out-of-stock SKUs.
Filing documentation (new customer application forms and loan equipment forms).
Chasing payments and submitting payment details to the finance department group chat.
Preparing PR Forms for the purchasing department to order chili sauces and other items.
For regions outside of JB and KL, generating packing lists and uploading documentation to HSH logistics' ordering system, and informing HSH customer service for cargo pick-up.
Collecting customer feedback or complaints, gathering data, and sending it to the QA department group chat for action.
Informing customers after receiving replies from the QA department.
Completing daily tasks to avoid delays in processes.
Job Requirements:Minimum Diploma in a related field.
Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Conscientious, good team spirit, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and proactive at work.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with alternate off days.
