Based inJohor Bahru, Johor , this full-time position will lead the operational activities of our organisation, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products and services.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation, including production, logistics, facilities management and quality control
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions
Analyse operational data and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making
Manage and develop a team of operational staff, providing strong leadership and coaching
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior operational or general management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Thorough understanding of industry regulations, quality standards and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
