Job DescriptionThe Operation Director is considered the leader of the plant and is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the plant.
To create a cultural environment that embeds a "quality foremost" mentality, achieving the goal of Tongda Smart Tech to provide quality solutions that meet or exceed our customer's expectations.
Ensure that all levels of the organization are focused on providing the customer with the highest level of service and support.
Foster good morale, a proactive and positive culture, and maximize the opportunity for personal growth at all levels of the organization.
Ensure all statutory & regulatory compliance is communicated to the relevant personnel and fulfilled.
Focus on objective performance management to realize continual development for the system/process/product.
