Role & Responsible in Operation Improvement Scope:
Lead, drive, and sustain Assembly, Test, SSD & Module OI Systems Automation Conversion Projects. Support daily area dispatching/scheduling, automation, and reporting alignment activities. Ensure balance between area optimization and line balance (for current/future bottleneck capacity expansion). Ensure that Site Metrics and Reports deliver accurate information for decision-making. Maintain, audit, and improve MFG Dashboard to keep IT data accurate for the Site. Create, document, and support business processes for changes related to line/area optimization. Apply Industrial Engineering concepts to capacity analysis, line management, scheduling, and production planning. Develop, maintain, and improve dispatching/scheduling and business rules to continuously improve the E2E Manufacturing Efficiency. Initiate continuous improvement projects in areas across the Micron including manufacturing methods and processes, quality, software systems, layout, tool design and capability, cycle time, key tool metrics (availability, utilization, and performance efficiency), maintenance and routine tasks, and other manufacturing support operation. Participate in the creation, maintenance, improvement, and training of software, reports, and metrics used by Planning, Engineering, and other function. Design and coordinate projects with internal and external teams. Communicate with other departments to ensure that BKMs are shared, and that the OI group has a strong partnership with other teams. Role & Responsible in System Development Scope:
Design and implement automation projects and ensuring completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SMAI | OI | AT Auto | MFG | IPPC | Process| Equipment | QA | EHS | Facility, etc.) and across the region to implement automation solutions. Learn and adhere to global semiconductor standards of ISO,IATF requirement Cyber Security, etc. Developing frameworks for monitoring and improving Engineering performance to plan, providing value-add engineering solutions, and driving continuous improvement projects in Systems yield and processes and Manufacturing cycle time. Support in product Systems proliferation and excursion management activities. Skill & Qualification:
Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, EE, Mechanical, Control Systems, Computer Science). Work experience: Fresh graduate or 1 year experience will be advantaged Ability to work within complex cross-functional teams/groups across the region. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision Positive attitude, Excellent team player, Excellent verbal and written communication skills Programming skills: C#, Python, Java, APIs.
