Operation Executive (Foreign Workers Dormitory Management)

Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, including cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance.Ensure that all accommodations, common areas, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and functional.Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.Coordinate with maintenance teams or contractors for repairs, plumbing, and electrical work.Manage and maintain records of maintenance schedules and activities. Resident Welfare & Communication: Ensure the well-being of residents by providing a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment.Address residents' concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of resident occupancy, room assignments, and resident personal details.Apply JTK Akta 446 certManage resident check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements.Implement and enforce hostel rules and regulations in line with company policies and JTK laws. Inventory & Budget Management: Oversee and manage inventory of essential supplies (e.g., bedding, toiletries, cleaning supplies).Manage the dormitory's operational budget, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising the quality of living conditions.Monitor expenses and ensure that all spending is within the approved budget.
