Operation Executive

Responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations effeciently and oversee daily operations.
Main Accountabilities Assist and support smooth running of the day-to-day operation activities. Supervision of operational staffs and monitoring operational performance. Perform all jobs/surveys/inspections/sampling at ports, warehouses and other areas when required. Immediately report any abnormalities/problems/discrepancies during job/shipment to Reporting Manager. To provide full assistance in resolving problems/customers complaints. To ensure no delay in attending job/shipment and be present at workplace, terminal and port at all times. To schedule surveyors on an equal basis as required ensuring all inspection activities are covered adequately. To maintain good rapport with customers. To uphold the good image of the Company at all times. Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills Minimum Diploma/High school degree or equivalent, in field of inspection. Minimum 5 years proven experience in direct inspection and able to work long hours. Should be able to lead the team. Mobile and willing to relocate. Good knowledge of the various Cotecna products and services. Has a comprehensive understanding of the techniques in inspection services. Have excellent communication skills , both in written and spoken English. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. #J-18808-Ljbffr
