Operation Executive

**Operation Executive****Responsibilities**:- Generally responsible in outlets in terms of profitability which includes but not limited to expenses control, productivity & efficiency.- Possess a good problems solving/ analytics skills.- Maintain a good attendance record, always punctual and uphold high level of discipline in order to set a good example to everyone.- Able to cultivate good working habit among all employee, e.g teamwork, motivate employee towards achieving targets and etc.- Innovative and pro-active in generating revenue for the entire chain.- Build a strong and cohesive working relationships with various department within and outside the company in order to achieve goals.**Job Requirements**:- At least 3 years working experience- Good problem solving, planning, organization and interpersonal skills.- Good command of English and excellent communication skills.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision- **Willing to work at Genting Highlands**Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Genting Highlands: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)
