Operation Executive

Responsibilities: Monitor and editing news, programs or talk shows from all the media channel: print (newspapers, magazine, online and social media). Data entry by key in articles info and categorizing the system. Chinese media monitoring needs to translate the headline into English.  Responsible for upload clippings onto provided specific portal. Extract data from the system and do news coverage report by monthly basis. Able to upkeep the data according to Supervisor's instruction. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field. Computer literate / basic knowledge of computer usage and data entry. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese. Positive attitude and good communication skills. Possesses good teamwork spirit. Able to work on varying shift times (8.00am – 5.00pm, 5.00pm – 2.00am or 10.00pm – 7.00am) Office-based position.
