Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivatedOperation Executive - Logistics & Freight Forwardingto join our Logistics and Freight Forwarding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in managing logistics operations, freight forwarding, and optimizing supply chain processes.
You will play a key role in supporting our logistics strategies and ensuring smooth operations from origin to destination.
Job Scopes:
To organize and arrange day-to-day tasks related to operations including import/export processes, warehousing, and project logistics.
Plan, coordinate, and ensure smooth and safe delivery of all logistics operations.
Key contact for operations coordination.
Proactively handle and manage client needs and issues.
To manage operations staff and general workers.
Responsible for branch logistics operational performance and reviews.
Other tasks as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Diploma/Degree holder are welcomed to apply.
Past work experience in logistics and forwarding industry will be an advantage.
Good communication skills; a responsible person.
Strong problem-solving skills; must be able to analyze complex logistics situations.
The ability to work under challenges.
Proficiency in using MS Office and Logistics Software.
