Operation Executive (Senior)

As an Operation Executive, you will play an important role in assisting the operation head in coordinating factory activities to ensure smooth operations, focusing on on-time delivery, optimizing production efficiency, managing operational costs, and overseeing inventory.
Key Roles Monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas.
Develop and implement SOPs to optimize factory operations.
Address bottlenecks, cost gaps, and improve processes.
Collaborate across teams to align operational goals.
Support daily operations and achieve division goals.
Conduct cost studies and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure prompt responses to internal and external inquiries.
Present performance reports to senior management.
