Responsibilities for Candidates
Monitors inbound/outbound global payments transactions flow. Detect anomalies & errors in the payment instructions delivery process Resolve or escalate to additional functional teams Provide support to existing partners by resolving incidences in a timely fashion.  Design and execute reports so a strong data manipulation skillset is recommended Familiar with APIs concepts, systems processes, networking concepts. Familiar with Financial Accounting concepts Familiar with Bank Deposit concepts Capacity to handle and fully understand a wide range of business rules concepts Capacity to coordinate calls, in English, with third party partners to troubleshoot service issues.
